Well, it's officially my last Monday here at the Blind Center in Palo Alto. I am happy to be leaving in one week, but also sad to leave such nice people behind.
Although I like the people, and this is a great place to be a part of, I have weighed everything out, and again, moving home for the summer won by a landslide.
Like I said, I accidentally killed my fish last night. Not happy about that, sorry Karl. BUT, I DID get a significant amount of work done around the home. Laundry was done, (still have a few more loads to go) trash was dumped (about 8 bags), and non-essentials were packed and placed in the corner.
I just hope I have the energy I had yesterday by the time I get home.
