I stumbled across this ARTICLE while skimming through Yahoo! news today. I really don't understand economy all that well.
All I know is that these politicians need to work a little harder and a hell of alot faster to help out Americans. When the Saudi's are charging us you-know-what for oil, and they only pay the equivalent of $0.30 American money per gallon, something is UBER f***** up.
Another reason why I hate GWB.
